Chargeback Binder Privacy Policy

Data collection

Chargeback Binder does not require an account and does not collect, track, sell, or transmit case data, merchant information, order information, imported evidence, or generated PDFs to a developer-operated server.

Local storage

Cases and imported evidence are stored in the app's local sandbox on your Mac. You choose the files to import and where exported PDFs are saved.

Analytics and advertising

The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, crash-reporting, or behavioral-profiling SDKs in this release.

Third-party services

The app does not connect to stores, payment processors, banks, carriers, or cloud-storage services. If you independently upload an exported PDF or open a support link, that action is governed by the selected service's privacy policy.

Deletion

You can delete an individual dispute binder inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local app-container data according to macOS behavior. Exported PDFs must be deleted separately from the location where you saved them.
