Chargeback Binder Support

Chargeback Binder helps online merchants organize their own transaction records into a chronological PDF evidence packet on Mac.

Important: Chargeback Binder does not submit disputes or guarantee outcomes. Confirm current requirements and deadlines with your payment processor before submitting.

Create a binder

Click New Dispute, enter the order details, choose the dispute reason, and review the evidence checklist.

Add evidence

Click Add Evidence and select PDFs, screenshots, photos, text files, or CSV exports. Add an event date, choose the evidence type, and write one factual sentence explaining what the record demonstrates.

Export the packet

Click Export Packet, review the suggested filename, and save the PDF. Open and inspect every page before uploading it to a store or processor.

Privacy and backups

Cases and imported files stay in the app's local Mac container. Include your Mac in a normal backup routine and retain copies of important source documents.

Troubleshooting

If a file cannot be imported, confirm that it is a PDF, image, plain-text, or CSV file and that it opens normally in Finder. If an export is too large for a processor, remove irrelevant or duplicate exhibits and export again.
